This 1.6 acre redevelopment of an existing gas station required remediation, site plan approvals from both Woodbridge and New Haven, CT as well as CT DOT and offsite approvals due to its adjacent location to a highway on-ramp. Arista Development was able to obtain permission to reuse a pylon sign located in the rear of the site providing excellent visibility from the Wilbur Cross Parkway. Due to the configuration of the site, remote drive-through teller and ATM kisoks were utilized and the branch was street-scaped.
