The environmental contamination was complicated due to the presence of wetlands located on the property. After numerous planning board and conservation commission hearings, the project was approved with numerous conditions, including the establishment of a conservation area. Arista commenced with the remediation, wetland protection and site work and leased the property to Alliance Energy/Global Partners, LP.
