Arista, in partnership with Crugnale Properties, completed this 6-story 80 unit mixed use TOD (transit oriented development) project located in the heart of downtown Attleboro and across from the Attleboro commuter rail station and GATRA regional bus terminal. The partners worked closely with the Attleboro Redevelopment Agency and with the City of Attleboro to bring this project to market along with assisting in the masterplan of all the land area surrounding the commuter rail station and bus terminal. Phase II of Renaissance Station is currently in permitting.
