This 2.1 acre site involved the demolition of 4 buildings, including a former gas station.  Construction challenges included topographical issues, outcroppings of ledge requiring removal and retaining walls. Site plan approval along with RI DOT for ROW and access approvals and the negotiation of a long term easement with an abutter was necessary to obtain permanent site access.
